This is a great house. Our family loved staying here. There was plenty of fun things for kids - basketball, playground, games... the property has plenty of sitting areas inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. We were not to far from Yosemite. We were close to groceries, small shops... it was great house.

The house was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed.

The kitchen was stocked and the hot water never ran out. My complaint is the air conditioning wouldn’t cool down the main level. It was uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. The toilet paper wasn’t sufficient. Adding an extra roll in each bathroom would be appreciated.

Thanks for your kind review! We're so sorry to hear one of the A/C's (home is large so it has two) wasn't up to par, we'll get that checked out asap! Had we known we could have gotten someone out ASAP. We have a local team ready to handle all issues like this. Our guests can rest easy knowing we are ready and willing 24/7 to help out. We're so sorry to hear the toilet paper was not enough to satisfy your stay. Unfortunately, the home is on a septic tank (yay mountains), so if more than 8 extra large rolls go down the toilets in just a few days, it could cause serious problems for the septic tank. However, we would have happily had someone drive some rolls out to you had we known it was going to be a detrimental part of your stay! Thank you again!
