Location, location, location

Location, location, location: A short walk to the center of town, and close to the pebble beach. If arriving by car, there’s a driveway so that passengers and luggage can be dropped off, however free parking is about 1km away, or paid parking 350 meters. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Access to bedrooms via stairs. Problems with the Vrbo app meant check-in required the help of the neighbor, but once communication was established all was well. We enjoyed our stay.

Monet und Étretat

Wir haben es genossen! An den freien Tagen der Bevölkerung haben wir das Umland bereist. Étretat war zu voll. Die Normanndie ist eine Reise wert, oder auch 2 und 3!Ein tolles Erlebnis.

Étretat ist traumhaft!

Das ist ein schön eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage von Étretat, zu Fuß nur fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist genau so, wie in dem Inserat beschrieben, die Fotos sind durchweg aussagekräftig. Der wunderschön gelegene Ort verfügt über gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der nächste Bäcker ist keine 50 Meter und der nächste Supermarkt keine 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage kann man nicht direkt am Haus parken, sondern nur zum Be- und Entladen halten. Das ist aber nicht weiter problematisch, weil man ein Auto allenfalls für Ausflüge in die Umgebung benötigt. Es gibt ein paar sehr schöne Wandertouren rund um Étretat, die man vom Haus aus starten kann. Ein paar Fragen vor Ort konnten wir unkompliziert telefonisch und per e-mail mit dem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter klären.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Schön restaurierte und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in perfekter, zentraler Lage. Besonders angenehm bei hohen Temperaturen ist der schattige, schöne Innenhof. Etretat mit Geschäften für den alltäglichen Bedarf und die Klippen im Osten und Westen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Auto braucht man nur für Ausflüge.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Die Lage und Umgebung ist natürlich wunderbar. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants u.s.w. 5-7 Minuten zum Strand. Im Haus war alles sauber, modern, frisch renoviert. Küche verfügt alles zum Selbstkochen, sowie Geschirr und Besteck, Küchengeräte. Obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben wurde, fehlen aber: -Internetzugang(LAN sowie WLAN) -TV Anschluß (keine Antenne verfügbar) -Waschmaschine -Bügeleisen -Parkplatz (ist nur kleiner Einfahrt zum Ausladen. Sonst muss man selber den Parkplatz finden) -Grill Sonst war alles perfekt. Wir haben schöne Zeit gehabt und Wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bonjour Andréj, Merci pour vos remarques que j'avoue ne pas bien comprendre. Reprenez mon annonce, il n'a jamais été indiqué que je disposais d'un lave vaisselle et d'un barbecue. Le lave vaisselle n'est pas possible à installer pour l'instant. Quand au parking, tout est précisé dans l'annonce, je n'en ai pas tout comme 90% des maisons sur Etretat, je suis donc très surpris que vous indiquiez cela comme un problème dans votre mail. Pour les laves linges et sèches linges, il y a les 2 comme précisé dans l'annonce avec un accès sur demande. Quand on loue une maison, il faut lire ce qui est écrit dans la description ou à minima demander à votre hôte. Pour internet et la TV nous avons une panne général depuis 8 jours, je vous l'ai indiqué en arrivant. Nous attendons que cela soit résolu, désolé pour ce désagrément bien indépendant de ma volonté. Je trouve vos commentaires pas du tout justifiés car tout est mentionné dans mon annonce. Bien cordialement, Franck
