Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking beautiful green spaces. Wifi included, we are waiting for you !

The very bright apartment is composed as follows :

- A South-East facing terrace with garden furniture available to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Small terraces facing West at the level of the rooms.
- An outdoor park common to the residence with a petanque ground.

The apartment is located 2.5 km from the center of Saint-Cast and the Grande Plage, but you can directly enjoy the magnificent beach of Pen Guen located just across the street, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet area, ideal for family vacations. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Hiking trails start at 100 meters from the apartment to discover the coast and the Breton country.
Golf lovers or simply curious, the Golf of Saint-Cast welcomes you in the splendid scenery of the coast ... Only 100 meters from the residence, a perfectly maintained green, a link of 18 holes and a tête-à-tête with the beach, the sea, the cliffs, the dunes ...
You can enjoy the center of Saint Cast, its shops, markets and animations. Go fishing on foot in Saint-Jacut de la Mer, visit the Fort la Latte or the Cap Fréhel, Dinard, Saint Malo.

Transportation:
- You can park directly on the private parking lot of the residence at the end of the parking lot (apartment 204), visitor spaces are also available near the garages
- Nearest train station: Plancoët, about 15 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique at about 2h28 by car
