Independent entrance serving the living area and independent WC. Living area with 140 convertible sofa, armchair, TV, TV unit, large storage, table and chairs. Kitchen area with oven, 2 vitroceramic hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Cabin area with 2 bunk beds and bedside table.
Large terrace with beautiful sea view equipped with outdoor furniture and clothes drying rack.
Maximum 4 people, ideal 3.
Private but collective parking space in the residence.
Electric heating + oil-filled radiator.

Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
