In the vineyards of Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye, discover this eco-gîte in a former wine cellar in the heart of a restored 18th century farm. It has an enclosed garden with a terrace and is adjacent to another gîte and a house. The ground floor comprises a lovely living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, WC, utility room and a mezzanine bedroom (160cm bed) with a small en-suite shower room. For your relaxation, the owners' swimming pool is available from May to September from 10.30am to 8pm, as well as a games area with petanque, badminton and table tennis. The property's landscaped grounds are ideal for exploring all year round. Central heating, bed linen and kitchen linen provided. Deposit of €300.
Options available: End of stay cleaning package (€50), bathroom linen hire (€5\/person). Covered parking available. Wifi internet access. No smoking inside the gîte. Tourist tax extra (€1.18\/day\/adult). Bicycles available on request (subject to availability).

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus! Toll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Gelände ist schön angelegt und der Pool eine schöne Oase. Estelle und ihr Mann sind wunderbare Gastgeber.
