Enjoy the tranquil and quiet setting of this home. Ranch style home home with plenty of living space and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. The back yard is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the landscaping and fenced in yard.
This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests are respectful of our community and neighbors. No loud noise from 10pm-7am. Please note, we have a 2 night minimum stay.

Great home!

We loved the house and yard! Perfect place to stay close to our family. Having a fenced yard for our dog was a plus. This house is wonderful, roomy, comfortable and spotless!

Wonderful Home

Our family rented this terrific home for Christmas. It was very well furnished and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner/manager was also excellent. The fenced backyard was very nice for our dog. We will definitely keep it in mind for future CLT visits.

Very nice.

It was clean and everything was as advertised. The owner was very attentive. It was perfect for us to get together with our son and granddaughter to experience Charlotte for a few days.

Great house for the family

This property was well suited for our 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of bed choices and bathrooms. Open family room. Property owner went above and beyond to make it wheelchair accessible for my granddaughter. Open floor plan and wide hallways made all rooms accessible. We were able to enjoy the back deck as well. Will definitely try to stay here again.

They were very easy to work with and communicative. The property was wonderful, clean, spacious and comfortable. All the light switches were labeled which was a nice touch. 10/10!

Family wedding weekend

Our family stayed at this property for a family wedding in Monroe, NC. It was close to restaurants, a local trail and the venue. There was plenty of seating and beds for our family party of seven to sleep comfortably. There is also a cute outdoor patio area with lights and fenced yard. It was super clean and pet friendly for our labrador we brought along. The host was also easy to commit wiiand accommodating.

Beautiful home

The home was exactly as described. The property manager was very quick to answer any and all questions we had. Fully stocked kitchen supplies. Slight hiccup trying to get into the house but the property owners call us back immediately to resolve the problem. Felt right at home. Even my parents who are in their 90’s got into the house and were able to maneuver without any problems.

Tripping Hazard

The propererty was not quite as nice as depicted in the photos. However, the biggest issue was the elevated dining area to the right of the front door. The tile wood flooring is exactly the same as the rest of the house, but elevated a step. All of us tripped over it the first day, but my 80-year-old father-in-law tripped and fell badly, breaking several ribs. I notified the property manager but all she said was ‘I hope he’s OK.’ This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Great house

Perfect for our stay during Christmas. The place was very clean and nice. Worked perfect for our family and it was close to our daughter. We had too many people to all stay at their house so it was great.

Family get together

We stayed here to help plan our oldest grandson's wedding. The house had plenty of space for a group of adults. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Any questions we had were immediately responeded to. The community was nice for walking or biking. Houses are a little close together and it can be a bit noisy from heighbors dogs, but we enjoyed our stay. Close enough to dining and shopping without the big city traffic.

Above and beyond!

These hosts were great to rent from and their places are immaculate and lovely to stay in. Their communication is excellent and they are very quick to respond to any issues. My family and I were displaced from our home for a few months while it was being restored and we felt the most comfortable in this owner’s rentals compared to several others we stayed in. Top notch for sure and would definitely book with them again. Highly recommended!
