Home includes King beds in both the Master and 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom features a queen sleep sofa and two twin XL beds. Modern bathrooms, each with rain shower heads and a new tank-less water heater, provide warm showers for everyone. With a complete remodel in 2020, the home will have many upgraded features, including new stainless appliances, a Keurig, granite countertops, LED lighting with dimmers, large capacity washers and dryers, and luxury vinyl hardwoods throughout.

Family getaway

The location of the house was wonderful, back yard opened to walking/biking trail, you could be at the beach, golf course in a matter of minutes by biking. Home was comfortable and clean, large televisions in every room a plus. And the quiet living room without a television was a unique experience.

Wonderful stay!

The house is super comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything is clean and new. A hot tub is a plus even during summer. We used it in the evenings. The Sea Pines area is the place to be. We will definitely be back.

Amazing House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, our 5 kids, and myself stayed here for a wonderful week! Everything about this house was perfect! It was very clean! With two 8 month olds who crawl and roll in the floor, this was a must! The house is in a quiet spot and has an amazing outdoor space that includes a very clean hot tub! The hot tub was cleaned while we were there which gave me peace of mind. It was delightful! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The walking trail to the beach is right past the backyard and was a short walk to the beach. When we wanted to stay at the beach a while, we went to Coligny. The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!I did not have any issues and did not have any interactions with the rental company beyond our payments so I cannot say much about them. But the text updates were great and we were even able to check in early!
