You're going to be so glad you chose this immaculate three bedroom three bathroom updated villa just a short walk from the beach! Amazing attention to detail showcases all this large villa has to offer.

The kitchen is expansive with its stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and bar seating for four. Fully-stocked, you'll be able to cook your family meals with ease. The dining area comfortably seats an additional six guests. The living room provides more than enough comfortable and well-designed furniture for everyone to feel at home.

Just off the living area is a large wrap-around screened-in porch which is unique to the Wendover Dunes complex.

The Primary bedroom contains a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom boasts a large sunken tub and a separate walk-in shower along with a double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate sunken tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Wendover Dunes grounds contain a pool and spa, which are heated seasonally. The beach will be a short walk from Wendover Dunes, as it sits on the beachside of the road!

Family fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo and how spacious it was. Beautifully decorated as well. The only down fall to these condos are is there are no elevators. Carry your luggage up to the second level is very difficult.

8138 Wendover Dunes

The pictures of this rental don’t do justice to its beauty! We have had multiple disappointing lodging where the pictures and description are not reflective of what you are actually getting. So we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and the entire experience was perfect from checkin to parking to the condition of this property. It is beautifully renovated, updated with nice art, furniture and appliances! The air conditioner did freeze up but maintenance showed up after hours to remedy the miserable heat with a portable unit. It is a little far from the beach access but overall well worth the trip and cost of the rental. We will return and hope to stay at the same unit.
