We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home for three nights! The house was clean, comfortable, and had a gorgeous pool that made our stay even more enjoyable. Tracie and Jay were amazing hosts and were so kind and welcoming, allowing us to stay in their lovely home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again!

Hosts were very communicative, responsive, and hospitable. The property was comfortable, well-furnished, and well-kept. My kids loved being able to swim and use the hot tub in our free time. Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities, but we were on a busy college tour trip with multiple appointments. Will definitely book again when we need accommodations in the area. Thank you!!!

Jay and Tracy are amazing hosts and full of knowledge of the area. Very amenable to any requests and just friendly people. The place is very cozy and comfortable with everything you jeed. The pool and hot tub were a bonus.

Check in was quick and both the apartment and MIL suite were clean and well stocked with supplies. Communication with Tracie and Jay was easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Our stay was relaxing thanks to our hosts, our accommodations and the hot tub!

We had a great time! The hosts were kinda d accommodating, providing us a pack n play and kids friendly utensils and plates. We loved visiting friends and family in the area. Hopefully next time it will be warm enough to swim .

what a great find! you can't beat a private pool and hot tub on a beautiful property in north raleigh. the guest house had everything we needed and the hosts were super quick communicators and lovely people. highly recommend!

My three boys (15 year olds) and I had a great three day stay on our barbecue road trip adventure. Our hosts were very welcoming and very accommodating and wonderful people. They checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, but were never invasive of our private time. Between relaxing in the pool, getting to play with the two wonderful dogs that were on property, a surprise barbecue delivery on our second night, we really couldn’t ask for anything more.The beds, the couch and even the blowup mattress that was provided for us were all comfortable. We honestly didn’t use much of the kitchen outside of the refrigerator, but there was plenty of kitchenware for you to use for anything you needed. There was a big TV in the living room with plenty of DVDs to choose from if you need some relaxing time. Overall, it was a great experience and would certainly rent this place again for future visits to the area. Thank you guys for making this barbecue road trip a great experience! Certainly one for the memory books!

Wonderful Time!

Jay and Tracy were lovely hosts. The pool is amazing, and the apartment is very cute. Needed a place with outdoor space for family and my pup to beat the heat and this home was perfect. Our hosts were accessible and quick to ask if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here.

Genesis

We had a wonderful experience. We came in to celebrate a birthday and see Genesis in concert. The host family was wonderful and very accomindating. The hot tub was relaxing and very warm. Thank you for everything we enjoyed our time there.

Very attentive hosts

Most of my hosted stays have not had hosts on property. It was delightful to interact with our hosts daily and they were very communicative on all things regarding the rental. The pool area was a real highlight for my kids and we were lucky to have the perfect weather to enjoy it everyday during our stay. Everything we needed was provided - highly recommend!

Lovely place with accomidating hosts

My daughter, dog, and I stayed here for the weekend. The communication with the hosts was so nice and accommodating. The property was clean and everything that you needed was available. It suited our needs perfectly and is in a nice, safe neighborhood. Even though the weather was wet, our dog was still able to enjoy the pool! Thank you for being so accommodating!
