Welcome to Tranquil Haven!  This spacious cabin is a retreat among the pines that boasts everything you need to relax, restore, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Tranquil Haven is a brand new, privately owned luxury cabin, nestled among the pines on an expansive wooded lot in Pine Hills West that features floor to ceiling windows, luxury furnishings and appliances, and stunning views. This modern rustic design brings the colors of tranquility and nature inside. The open floor plan makes it easy for your entire group to be together while eating, watching tv, or relaxing in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.
The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee bar with a combination 12-cup coffee maker and a single serve k-pod brewer which provides a perfect spot to get your coffee in the morning before taking it out on the porch to relax to the sights and sounds of Tranquil Haven.
You will find two king suites downstairs and two upstairs, each with its own private bathroom featuring double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Each bedroom incudes a Smart TV. Upstairs you will also find a bunk room/game room that sleeps twelve and a full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and double sinks. There is also a half bath downstairs.
The game room offers plenty of opportunity for fun and competition with a pool table, shuffleboard, retro arcade with over 400 games, as well as multiple board and card games to choose from. Directly off the game room is a large deck featuring amazing views as well as an opportunity to relax in the Adirondack rocking chairs or sunbathe in the lounge chairs while reading a book.
Outdoor living is ample at Tranquil Haven. Downstairs you can access the amazing porch through double French doors off the kitchen. On the right side of the porch you will find a cozy sitting area in front of a beautiful stone gas fireplace to either relax with nature all around or watch TV. The left side of the porch features a grill (propane included) and an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals al fresco. Steps off the porch, you will find the covered hot tub cabana that sits directly over a seasonal creek. In the yard you will find a stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs (perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores), a playset the kids will love, a picnic table, horseshoes and corn hole, as well as a path into the woods for exploring.
You are sure to find just what you are looking for at Tranquil Haven Cabin – it is located just minutes from hiking trails, Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and all that Hochatown offers.

We had a fantastic time. Everything was great clean, and just as advertised. The communication before and during our stay was wonderful. We were having our college Ministry Retreat and our students loved the rooms, the entertainment games and of course the hot tub. Great time hanging out with our whole family -outside play area was visible from living area as well as back patio so even in groups it didn’t feel like you were secluded from the others. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is fully stocked and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely love to stay there again our next trip to Broken Bow. We were a group of 20 and everyone was very comfortable in the home and there were lots of places to eat in the home and hang out in the area around. Technology and wifi worked great as well. Another great BB Cabin!

This cabin is fairly new and clean! Perfect for 4 families. Only negatives are no pantry in the kitchen (so plan accordingly) and living area is a little small for the number of bedrooms. Everything is set up the way you would expect in Broken Bow.

Bach Bash Success!

My fiancé and I had our bachelor & bachelorette celebration here with a group of 14 of our friends and it was so much fun! The cabin was just as beautiful as the pictures, and very clean. Jenn & Adam were responsive and easy to get ahold of too which was very nice! We loved making s’mores by the fire pit, grilling out on the grill, lounging in the hot tub, and enjoying a fire and card games up on the beautiful deck area. Definitely would recommend this cabin!

This property was absolutely stunning! We went with our neighborhood friends and their kids and it was a fun experience. We celebrated my parents 60th anniversary and my Dad’s 80th birthday! It was the perfect place to enjoy with ages ranging from 18 months to 84 years old! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, the hot tub, and plenty of indoor and outdoor games to choose from! The hosts thought of everything down to the comfy beds and plenty of pillows ! There is always something to do in the area and we could not get enough so we embarked on a new journey with Tranquil Haven Cabin. We hope you love it here as much as we do!

This retreat is the utmost in modern-rustic luxury. It has all the amenities. The cabin is situated on 1.5 acres of beautiful woodland, surrounded by pine trees.

What makes this property unique

3000 sq feet with 1000 sq feet of outdoor deck space. Firepit, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, propane grill, corn hole, horseshoes, pool table, shuffleboard, retro 80s style arcade console w 100s of games, outdoor playlet. Lot's of wooded land to explore, seasonal creek. Firewood provided. Fully appointed kitchen. 60 inch TVs on outdoor deck, living room and game room. 50 inch TVs in each bedroom. Located in the heart of Hochatown with tons of outdoor/indoor activities and within minutes to amazingly beautiful Beavers Bend State Park with Broken Bow Lake, lots of hiking trails and water sports. Complimentary 240 volt fast charging Electric Car Charging Station, with universal J1772 plug, provided in parking area for our guests with electric vehicles.
