The Primary Bedroom Suite and two other Bedrooms are located on the first floor. The Primary has a private en suite bath and a sliding door that opens to the first floor covered porch. The larger of the two other Bedrooms (#2) also opens to the deck.

From its ideal, central Katama location, not only is South Beach nearby, but so is the bike path, the Katama boat launch, and the Katama Point Preserve (a waterfront Land Bank conservation property).
