This is a beautiful cape style home that has just been completely renovated. Everything in home was totally redone to the highest standards. Three bedrooms. Three full baths. Large eat in kitchen with huge island. New stainless steel appliances. Water views from almost every window in the house. Wonderful decks upstairs and down. Just steps to the bay for kayaking. Drive your car onto the beach or walk across the bay to South Beach. Central A/C and WiFi. Just a bike ride away from Edgartown with great restaurants and shopping. Linens included.

Magical

The house, views and overall experience was magical. Amazing kitchen, comfortable and roomy bedrooms. Breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous morning coffee on the porch, yard and decks. The owners were always reachable with questions. We plan to be back!

Why they chose this property

This is a classic cape that sits on a beautiful bay. It's been lovingly renovated as a family home. We have been going to the Vineyard for many years and were so excited when this house came on the market. It's an awesome spot. You can kayak on the bay steps from the house. Kayak to the beach or walk across the bay. It's the most peaceful place on earth.

What makes this property unique

Bathrooms in both upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom next door to the downstairs bedroom. Everything in the house is redone and new. All high quality. Outdoor shower. Decks upstairs and downstairs. We use this as a family vacation house so it's very special to us. You will love it!
