NEW! Edgartown 3 BR 2 Bath Newly Remodeled Home

Completely renovated home located less than 3 miles from the Edgartown center and conveniently located near bike path and bus route. It is perfect for families with kids, couples of all ages and vacation with friends! NO PARTIES! Family friendly neighborhood.

Accommodates up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms with brand new furniture, linen and towels. This 1152 sq ft home consists of 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. There is a fenced in backyard and seating area on deck with grill for barbecue. There is also a sandbox with a slide for kids to enjoy.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: One queen bed
Bedroom 2: One queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds

Beach towels available for your use. There is a 55" smart tv in the living room, a tv in bedroom #1 and a tv in bedroom #2. No TV in bedroom #3.

Parking- There's enough space for 3 cars in driveway.

Fantastic!

Excellent home, fantastic property with a big yard for kids to play and a deck to grill on. Our kids loved the hammock. On hot July days, the air conditioning kept us comfortable. With two bathrooms and an outdoor shower, no one needed to wait in line. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We'll stay there again next year!

Fantastic Getaway

We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun MV getaway. It was a great fit for our family of 6. The close proximity to downtown Edgartown and State Beach made it perfect for us. Overall, the house was updated and clean, and had a fantastic yard. The outdoor shower was a plus!

Well-appointed, nicely re-done home

Overall, a very nice home, inside and out. Comfortable furnishings, nice simple decor, clean, every kitchen tool you'd need, coffee pods were supplied, as were shampoo-conditioner and body wash, as well as laundry detergent for the washing machine. The yard is fully fenced and well kept. Family joined us for one night of our 4-night stay and I asked if extra bath and beach towels could be provided; they were dropped off without hesitation.There's a bus stop at the end of 10th Street, which made using public transportation (free this year-2025 with a robust schedule) very easy to use to get around. You will need to use some type of transportation from this location, as there are no truly walkable conveniences nearby. The one caveat is the traffic from Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road. I tend to be a light sleeper, and the evening traffic is audible in 2 of 3 bedrooms. I still managed to fall asleep just fine. The traffic is not very audible from the kitchen and living area, which are closer to the main road, so it may be just how the sound travels, or the quality of those windows being a better barrier. The neighborhood itself seemed quiet.The yard is fully fenced and lawn and landscaping are lovely. There is an outdoor shower, but it was not hooked up at the time of our visit. Photos accurately depict interior and exterior.Our host, Lau, was very responsive to messages and seemed geniunely interested in us having a pleasant stay.

Perfect vacation rental!

We stayed here for a long weekend. Our group was both family and friends, and it was perfect! The house was spotlessly clean, which we were so grateful for. Had everything we couldve needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were also extremely comfortable. We werent looking to be in any specific part of the island but this was close to everything we ended up going to. The host was also extremely helpful and made sure to check that we got in okay. We would absolutely book here again!

Spectacular house!

Practically a new house not too far from town. Outstanding amenities - you didn’t need to purchase anything! Kitchen was well equipped and house was very cozy. Spent 5 days with two grandchildren and we had plenty of room. Owners thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. We will be coming back to stay for sure!

We stayed for the weekend for a wedding and we were so happy with the property. The house was clean and organized and newly updated. The host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. Great place for families. The house is modern, clean and well equipped for a stress free vacation. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We stayed off season and we enjoyed the location, the peaceful bike rides and the easy access to town and to the empty beaches. We cannot wait to be back.

We thought it looked great from the pics but it was even better in person! All new, incredibly clean and really just lovely. Perfect amount of space for our two families of three (with beds to spare). The kids were over the moon for the bunk beds, the huge yard, and play equipment (so hard to find in rentals!). And the parents were grateful for fully fenced in yard, trees to hang a hammock, and the deck + seating area to watch over the kiddos. Oh - and the shower - huge, great pressure, and a very welcome touch - textured so no worries about little ones slipping. They had a blast in there. Location was perfect for us, quick drive to all. And Lau is the most kind host - very responsive, proactive and all over it with the covid must haves (sanitizer, disinfectant). It's only been a day but we're all pining to get back!

Homey and newly updated

Our family has been staying on Martha’s Vineyard for a many summers. This home is beautifully updated (and very clean), and made us feel right at home. We traveled with our three young children, and this house met all of our needs... down to a high chair, pack and play, a gate for the stairs (large deck) as well as a gorgeous yard with play structures to keep them entertained. We can’t wait for next year!!

Amazing experience

Lau was great throughout the while process. This house was brand new and extremely clean. The location is great being close to dowtown edgartown, the beaches and oak bluffs. The house is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this property.
