This charming vacation home is located directly on a spacious, 100-foot wide canal, offering you pure peace and relaxation. Despite its idyllic setting, major connecting roads, supermarkets, and a diverse selection of restaurants are just a three-minute drive away.



"Villa Chez Nous" features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing ample space for the whole family or a group of friends.



One of the special highlights is undoubtedly the west-facing orientation of the house, which guarantees breathtaking Florida sunsets every evening. Relax by the heated pool or explore the surroundings with our bicycles.



For boating enthusiasts, the villa is a true paradise: a large, wrap-around boat dock with a boat lift provides easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is electrically heated, ensuring pleasant swimming temperatures at any time of the year.



Please note that the rental rate does not include electricity usage. This will be charged separately based on consumption at $0.17 per kWh. This charge is subject to applicable Florida taxes, and for payments made by credit card, a credit card processing fee of 3.6% will apply.

Property is impeccable , very clean and in a quite neighborhood, we had anything we might need, it is located only 35 minutes from Sanibel beach, my only complaint is it was the first time I am charged for electricity, anyway we had a great time and we would recommend this property to anyone.

House is great

Cape Coral is very boring and all the restaurants are packed and hard to get in. Plus they start to fill up at 3:30 and close at 10:00.

We checked in and enjoyed the pool, cooked out on grill, they brought us Kayaks, so much fun and relaxing. Close to everything in a quite neighborhood. Would love to do this again.

Very nice house for our one month stay in Cape Coral. Modern, recently renovated throughout. Great heated pool, used it every day. Only complaint was a poor quality dishwasher, did not get the dishes clean. I highly recommend this property.
