You will be seduced by our spacious, high ceilings, 60 sqm apartment that can welcome up to 6 guests. Fully equipped, including portable A/C, well designed it has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stay in Paris! The refurbished apartment is composed by a cosy living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate restrooms!

The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe 10 min, Louvre.
Prime location, with great cafe, restaurants, bars around. As well as catering, local traditional Parisian market and perfect place for shopping.

Villa Poncelat in Paris

While it was a smallish apartment, this is Paris. As a family of six, one of our main priorities was two bathrooms which this had.It is situated in a great neighbourhood and in a great location.Laurent our host was very responsive and helpful.No hesitation in recommending this for a holiday in Paris. Only wish, we had a couple of extra days there to enjoy our local neighbourhood.

Quiet neighborhood rental

This flat is within 10 minute walk to the metro and located within a quiet area. We spent most of our time outside the flat so our needs within the flat were minimal. Know that the air conditioning is in the living area not in the bedrooms. The owner is attentive to questions and will respond. Hand soap, dish soap and one laundry pod is provided.

I'll start with the positives. The property is very conveniently located on a beautiful street that has plenty of great stores, markets and restaurants within a short walking distance. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe which means there are Metro lines that can take you very quickly pretty much anywhere in the city (even Disneyland Paris!). The apartment is reasonably spacious by urban Paris standards and has convenient features like a washer and dryer and towel drying racks in the bathrooms. The check-in process was seamless, the owner sent access codes and we were in within a few minutes. However, there are a few negatives that did cause us some headaches that I feel I need to mention. First, the hot water doesn't last very long. That may be the norm because you are in an urban area of a large city but it did get very frustrating when the property is meant to hold eight people. Also, there were multiple things that just seemed to be flimsy or flat out broken like bathroom drawers kept coming loose and the clothes dryer that would stop after a minute no matter how many different settings we tried. Also, the property is showing signs of wear and even some of the bed sheets and pillows had stains on them. All in all, this property is very conveniently located and will probably work out well if you're willing to put up with some obvious signs of wear and some minor inconveniences.
