A real Canarian house created in the heartwood of the Canarian pine

Hidden behind palm trees, facing south, alone and yet close to the village, the Casa Palmera nestles in the garden. The real Canarian, ivy-covered house has been restored with lots of love and effort and offers a very special atmosphere.
The well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge with separate freezer compartment invites you to cook. Pine table and chairs adorn the beautiful dining area. The energized drinking water comes from the mountains.
Living room with comfortable seating, sofa bed, satellite-TV, internet connection, CD player.
One bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200 cm, built-in closet and door to the seat, the second bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm, wardrobe and bookcase. A door leads over the patio to the bathroom.
There are two wet rooms available. A large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, built-in closet and hairdryer, a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Storage room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
All rooms are equipped with granite heater. There is also a Swedish stove in the living room. Wood is available in the garden shed.
All woodwork is made from the heartwood of the Canarian pine. Total living area 95 m². Parking directly at the house.
