The lovingly maintained garden has a beautiful sun terrace, private pool and wonderful panoramic sea view. The location in Tijarafe is perfect for exploring the rest of the island, the beach of Tazacorte and the city of Los Llanos can be easily reached by car.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. For entertainment Internet and satellite TV are available. Outside, the beautiful garden and the private pool with electric pool heating (10 € / day) ensure an unforgettable holiday.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen, hervorragend geeignet, wenn man Ruhe und eine traumhafte Aussicht genießen möchte. Das Haus ist im traditionellen kanarischen Stil gebaut, einfach, aber völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Pool war super, haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief per WhatsApp problemlos, der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zur Begrüßung standen Bananen, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein bereit.

Großbaustelle direkt an der Zufahrtsstraße

eigentl. die ersehnte Erholungsoase nach Wanderungen, um nicht immer noch ans Meer fahren zu müssen. Am Haus gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.Alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Aber zur Zeit Großbaustelle über mehrere Kilometer an der LP1, also der Straße, die genau unten am Hang vorbei geht. Hier wird der Berg abgetragen. Presslufthammer von acht bis achtzehn Uhr, SA bis mittags. Entspannung oder längere Aufenthalte im Ferienhaus waren für uns damit nicht möglich. Leider wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Die Baustelle soll dort bereits seit einem halben Jahr vorhanden sein. Es wurden nur die Mieter der Häuser benachrichtigt, die noch näher an der Baustelle lagen.Der Baulärm machte aber leider nicht bei einer bestimmten Höhenmeteranzahl Stopp. Durch die Baustelle, die sich an drei Stellen befindet, ist der Verkehr dort zur Zeit auch nur einspurig. Man muss mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen. Bis auf dieses Manko verlief die Kommunikation mit der Agentur aber gut. Aber nochmal: Haus und Gelände wirklich top.Wer sich also von Lärm nicht stören lässt, sollte sich hier gerne einbuchen.

Sehr schön!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern in der Anlage und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen, es ist alles da, was man braucht, alles ist sauber! Der Pool ist wunderbar, ziemlich groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber! Eine rundum schöne Anlage und unbedingt zu empfehlen!
