Large family air-conditioned home of 200 m2 with secure swimming pool, 10 minutes' walk from the beaches and shops. 7 bedrooms, 6 double beds, 6 single beds (+ 2 cots), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 large garden with lawn and Landes pines, 2 outdoor tables for 10 and 12 people.

The house is located 4 km from the Biscarrosse/Cazaux golf course and lake, ½ hour from the Dune du Pilat and Arcachon, 74 km from Bordeaux and its vineyards.

Surrounded by nature and right next to cycle paths, our accommodation invites you to explore the Landes by bike, between ocean, pine trees and wild landscapes as far as Arcachon for the more sporty.

Outside:
1000 m2 of enclosed grounds planted with trees. 9.20x3.7m saltwater swimming pool with manual cover, 1 outdoor shower, 4 deckchairs, 1 table tennis table, 1 basketball hoop, 2 large exotic wood terraces. Swimming pool open from April to October (can be heated to around 26°C on request, at an additional cost payable off-site)
2 garden tables, one in teak for 10 persons and the second in aluminum for 12 persons. 2 weber barbecues. 1 large grey parasol. A grey outdoor living room.
Ground floor:
- large air-conditioned living space of 40 m2 with dining room for 18/20 diners, open-plan kitchen with adjoining bright living room of 20 m2 with bay windows overlooking the swimming pool
- Fully equipped kitchen: 1 large fridge with freezer, 2 dishwashers, oven, induction hob, microwave, 3 coffee machines, Nespresso, Senseo and filter, kettle, electric mixer, blender
- 3 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, wardrobes/closets, bathroom with bath, separate WC
First floor:
- a communal area with 2 bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 6: 3 90x200 and 3 90x190), 2 baby cot with blackout curtains and dressing area
- 3 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and storage drawers, wardrobes and hanging space, 1 bathroom with bath, separate wc, 1 walk-in shower with wc and laundry area (9kg washing machine)

Traveller access

Arrival from 16:00 and departure before 10:00 in July and August. Outside these periods, late departures or early arrivals are possible.
You will have access to the entire villa and pool area, with the exception of the outdoor wooden shelters.

Exchanges with travellers

I will be available throughout your stay by telephone, by text message, email or VRBO messaging service and will be happy to answer any questions you may have so that your stay goes as smoothly as possible and your experience at Biscarrosse Plage is unforgettable.

Other information to note

Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price for weekly bookings in JULY/AUGUST (beds made up on arrival).
The rest of the year, linen is optional, at a flat rate of €300 (linen left on the beds).
If you require linen, please let me know: a request for payment will be sent to you.

Included in the rental price: fibre broadband wifi, electricity, water, 6 double duvets 240x220 cm + 6 single duvets 150x200 cm + 2 pillows per person for the double beds and 1 for the single beds.

Swimming pool open from 15 April to 15 October. The pool can be heated for €25 per day, payable off-site. The amount takes into account the weather, the length of your stay and 3 days of ‘heating’ before your arrival to a temperature of around 26°C (minimum €150€).

Baby facilities: 1 wooden cot, 1 cot bed and 1 high chair.
Pets allowed.

For security reasons, 3 exterior cameras have been installed around the house.
Significant noise pollution is not permitted due to the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.

A written holiday rental contract will be sent to you by email with the standard terms and conditions. You can consult the contract before making your reservation and request it from me via the platform.
Certificate of holiday insurance to be provided by email before moving in.
