Terms & Conditions
A rental contract will be sent by email with standard terms and conditions.
You may request to review it before finalizing your reservation via the platform.
A holiday liability insurance certificate is required before the stay. An uncashed security deposit cheque of €2000 (sent by postal mail) will be returned within 15 days after departure. In case of pets, a €200 security deposit by non-cashed cheque will be required and refunded under the same conditions as the damage deposit.
Tourist tax: €2.61 per adult per night, automatically collected by VRBO. Minors are exempt - please indicate the age of any children under 18 before booking to avoid any overpayment of taxes.

During the off-season (from September 1st to June 30th), more favourable rates may apply for stays of one week (7 nights) or longer, depending on dates and availability. Just steps from the house, enjoy the Atlantic Ocean for surfing, kitesurfing or a refreshing swim, with spots suited to all levels.
The nearby Biscarrosse lake is perfect for paddleboarding, boat rides, inflatable water games or simply relaxing with family.
A 27-hole golf course is just around the corner, and a network of cycle paths takes you through the Landes forest all the way to Arcachon for the more adventurous.
