After spending 30 years as a resident of Vermont, my husband and I downsized as our two children are now in their young adulthood.
Why they chose this property
The ground floor unit is a larger than most one bedroom with an open floor plan and window/patio doors bring the sunshine in. Convenient to the Village stores and amenities and Clay Brook Resort. Very short drive to Paradise Deli/Groceries and pizza/bar. 6 miles to Waitsfield.
