Everything you need

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay. Great location to everything. Pictures didn’t do justice to the actual place. Got to take advantage of the free tickets that saved us 400.00! Loved having two bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen had everything we needed. View was beautiful. Fireplaces were cozy. Washer and dryer were a big plus. Very well decorated and clean. Management were very quick to respond. Easy check out.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is beautiful! It’s exactly as described, easy check in/out process, and perfect location. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and received an immediate response with an action plan. Unfortunately, it never worked but with all our phone hot spots, we were able to do what we needed without issues. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went to pigeon Forge with my friend and it was great. The S & D Properties took great care of everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that I’d like to see change are the mattress’s in both bedrooms. Mine was like sleeping on the floor. It had a base made out of wood with a thin mattress on it. Other than that everything was awesome.

Quiet Highrise

Great location, quiet,beautiful view and great amenities. We found it had everything we needed. We loved opening up the balcony doors and sitting in the rocking chairs in the morning to watch the sunrise. Great communication with rental agency.
