Golf Vista Condo, Dollywood Ln. Pigeon Forge, TN

Great location!

Located across from the Gatlinburg Golf Course (public golf course) and less than a mile from the Parkway. 1366 sq. ft. 2 bed 2 bath condo on 3rd floor, with elevator access. Condo has been updated and was redecorated in March 2021. Golf Vista only has 14 condos in it's complex, which makes for less foot traffic in and out of the complex.

Our condo features a king master bedroom with access to balcony and private in-room Jacuzzi. Private master bath includes large shower and double sinks. Master bedroom is equipped with flat screen cable TV.

Second bedroom features a queen bed. It is also equipped with a flat screen cable TV.

Second bathroom features a shower/jetted standard tub combo.

Living room features a sofa sleeper, large flat screen cable TV, and gas fireplace.

The dining room features a table for 4, in addition to the 4 seats at the bar. Fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities of home. We also have Keurig coffee maker that uses k-cups, as well as a traditional coffee maker.

Laundry room features washer and dryer. All bedding, towels and a starter supply of soaps and paper products are included.

This is a non-smoking and no pets unit.

Nice, clean , bed not comfortable

Condo was clean , ok location, second bedroom bed was uncomfortable . Has a jacuzzi tub but not enough hot water to fill up. Vrbo gave us wrong code to enter thank goodness owner was available to call.

Everything was good except for in the dining room. Living room area, the carpet is rolled up. That is a trip hazard. I tripped on it, but I'm okay.

Property well laid out with view of the golf course.

The property was clean with an area for barbecuing and relaxing. The condo itself had all the necessities for home cooked meals, if you chose. It also was equipped with washer and dryer if needed. Very nice overall.

Excellent property

We have stayed at this same condo unit twice now. The first time was a year ago. We enjoyed it so much at that time that we booked it again for our trip this year. This unit is well maintained and has about everything you could possibly need. Very clean.

Perfect place for our family!

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Inside our condo everything was clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, we relaxed in the living room and the recliners were a huge bonus! The kitchen had everything we needed and having a washer/dryer let us come home w clean clothes. It was our first trip but we will be back and hope to stay here again!

Amazing and relaxing weekend

The property is everything we hoped for and a whole lot more. We VRBO at least 4 times a year for weeks at a time and this property is one of our favorite properties. The owners were very gracious and the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The location is one of the best in Pigeon Forge

Quick trip!

Property was nice and clean. Only complaint was that I wish the second bathroom had been in suite. Didn’t realize that when booking. Not a bid deal and just didn’t realize it wasn’t in suite. Great time and would stay again. Well stocked kitchen.

Mini Vacay in the Smokies

A nice condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was as advertised and clean. There is some traffic noise you can hear from the master bedroom, and the grounds could use some TLC, but I don’t think the owner can control that. We had some problems getting the TV to work, but the owner responded quickly and gave me a contact number for the cable company and they were there the next day. Conveniently located to most activities. The owners were good to work with.

Very nice condo

The condo was great but the grounds needs some work. Our one issue was with the washer. The hot/cold setting was reversed. My guess was that the hot water and cold water hoses were reversed in the back of the washer.

Driving up to the property the outside looked a little dated, when we entered the condo we were very pleased with our choice. I did notice a lot of road noise at night.

Pigeon Forge

We loved the unit! The location is perfect and it was easy to park. We were close enough to all the activity, but off the main drag, so no traffic or noise to deal with. We spent our time at Dollywood and dinner in Gaitlinburg. The condo is comfortable furnished and up-to-date. I would definitely rent again when I return.
