This 2BR/2.5 BA Indian Shores end-unit townhouse sits back from the road on a quiet stretch of the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, directly across the street from the beach. An easy 3-minute walk takes you to the sugar white powdered sand and pristine emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. This bright end unit has a clean, contemporary coastal vibe, and its large garage holds an assortment of beach equipment for your enjoyment including:

There is a a communal (heated) pool, and a spacious seating area from which to enjoy the wildlife typical of the Intracoastal (dolphins, shore birds, manatees), as well as a private fishing dock and kayak launch.

The open-concept interior spans 1,225 square feet and features a well-sized living room area with a 65” HD flat screen TV, a large dining table area, and a smaller bistro table area that seats 4. This leads directly into an open balcony that has been enclosed to enlarge the space and serves as a wonderful area overlooking the mangroves to relax with a cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals!. There is a full- size washer (brand new!) and dryer on the main level of the condo as well as a newly renovated half bath.

Upstairs plays host to two very large bedrooms (with luxury mattresses!). The Master has a king bed, a large flat screen HDTV, its own walk-in-closet, and en-suite with step in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a full bed a large flat screen HD TV, and its own private full bathroom located in the hallway.

There is a garage ground level for single car parking and an additional parking space in front of the garage (within the marked area). You will be sent our guest welcome letter 1-2 weeks prior to check-in which will contain the codes to both the house and garage keypads.

Indian Shores is a barrier island conveniently located between St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach. It is a quiet family-oriented beach community offering 2.65 miles of pristine beach, endless entertainment, restaurants, surf shops, boat/bike/golf cart rentals, and so much more. The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops just outside the complex and a quick 10-minute ride to the south takes you to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. A ten-minute ride to the north and you will be in Clearwater Beach with its wide array of shops and restaurants as well as the Clearwater Aquarium. Don't miss out on the breathtaking sunsets that kiss our beautiful sands each and every evening!
