This beautifully remodeled 4th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium, which has accommodations for 6, is just steps from the magnificent Gulf sand beach. While self-catering, the kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to prepare meals for the family. Central air conditioning, washer / dryer and a beach closet stocked with beach chairs, pool towels, umbrella, cooler and a beach cart to help tote your things to the beach.


The Master Bedroom is furnished with a beach flair and ocean colors, offers a king size bed, a 40" Roku TV, an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a tub / shower combination along with your own private entrance to the balcony which overlooks the mesmerizing intracoastal waters, the heated swimming pool and hot tub.


The 2nd Bedroom, also decorated with a beach theme, is furnished with a queen size bed alongside a twin over twin bunk bed, wall mounted TV, and features a Jack and Jill door to the 2nd bathroom with a step in shower. This bedroom also offers its own balcony entrance overlooking the heated swimming pool and hot tub.


The spacious living room has 2 sliding doors accessing both balconies. Kick back and relax on the couch, loveseat or the Anchors Away chair which are all positioned in front of a massive 65” television.

The Farm style dining table comfortably seats 6 and offers a nice venue for family game night with an assortment of games that are also provided for your stay.


Self-Catering

Upon arrival, you will be provided starter items which include dish soap for the kitchen, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap for each bathroom and 2 rolls of toilet paper.


Groceries stores including, Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart Neighborhood Market, are approximately 3 miles away

5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
