Welcome to Unit #1413 at Beach Cottages in Indian Shores! This stunning and spacious 4th-floor condo offers 1,400 sq. ft. of comfort directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy breathtaking beach and Gulf views from your private balcony, overlooking the pool and hot tub. Propane grills are available seaside by the pool for guest use.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests (maximum allowed by the association) with a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed plus full-over-full bunk beds in the guest room. Please note, the living room sofa sleeper is not available for guest use. No smoking and no pets allowed. The fireplace is decorative only.
To help you settle in, we provide starter essentials including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, and dish towels. Each guest receives one set of bath towels and one beach towel based on occupancy. These items are not replenished. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or foil.
At least one guest must be 25 years old. ESA animals require a valid doctor’s prescription submitted prior to booking; under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted. Policies for boats, kayaks, jet skis, and RVs vary—please confirm prior to booking. Towels, swimsuits, or clothing may not be hung on the balcony per HOA rules. Heated pools may feel cool during colder months, and refunds are not given for water temperature.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as this unit has a strict no-refund policy, including cancellations due to COVID. There are no refunds within 60 days of check-in for any reason, including health, weather, red tide, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), transportation issues, or other conditions. Approved date changes, if permitted, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate difference. Hurricane aftermath may result in temporary closures of beaches, amenities, roads, Wi-Fi, elevators, or pools. For added protection, consider CFAR coverage. Rates on open dates are subject to change.
Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. Due to same-day turnovers, early check-in is discouraged; if available, it may be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee. The booking payer must be added to the reservation and is the only person authorized to e-sign the rental agreement. Guest instructions auto-send at 3PM on arrival day. Mail delivery is not permitted; please arrange for a local P.O. Box if needed.

Please note: We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, regardless of its length. Some of the main items we do not provide include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, and aluminum foil.
IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party is making the payment, you must add the payer’s email address to the booking. The payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who submits payment is authorized to sign the rental agreement.
Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.

A change to your booking dates may not be possible; however, if a date change is approved by the owner, a $50 fee per date change will apply. If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged.
Again, due to the no-refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended—especially if your stay falls during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 through November 30).

Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. There may be temporary closures—possibly lasting weeks—of restaurants, shops, roads, beaches, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. The no-refund policy will remain in effect under these circumstances. This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations.
Early check-in: Because we have a high number of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Standard check-in begins at 4 PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you on the morning of arrival. A $50 early check-in fee will apply.
The payer of the booking must sign our rental agreement to ensure that guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Mail delivery is not permitted, as this is a vacation rental. If you need mail during your stay, we recommend purchasing a local P.O. Box.
Beach Cottage Rules:
1. All animals are strictly prohibited.
2. REMEMBER entry into the building is by key or code.
3. ALL vehicles must have a valid parking pass, or the vehicle will be towed. Each unit has one
designated guest space. Limit 2 vehicles per unit.
4. NEVER leave doors propped open or let strangers into the building.
5. NO Boats, trailers or motor homes are permitted on the property.
6. MOTORCYCLES are not allowed to be operated or parked in the covered garage.
7. All children must be properly supervised at all times. Children under 12 years of age must be
supervised by a parent or an adult in the pool area. Children under 12 are not permitted in the
Jacuzzi.
8. Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to dusk.
9. All bathers use the pool and spa at their own risk.
10. All bathers must shower and remove oil, lotions and sand before entering the pool or Jacuzzi. No
diapers are permitted in the pool. No persons with open sores, cuts or communicable diseases are
permitted to enter the pool or Jacuzzi area, according to Florida Health Laws.
11. NO glass or bottles are permitted on the pool deck.
12. ALWAYS close umbrellas after use, or if you see a storm approaching.
13. NO running on the pool deck, walkways, or in stairwells and NO playing in the elevators.
14. NEVER feed the birds.
15. ALWAYS turn off the gas and clean the grill when you finish with the BBQ.
16. NEVER drape items, including towels or bathing suits, over balcony railings.
17. NEVER leave anything in the hallways, your unit doorway or in the parking garage. We will discard
it. Similarly, items left on pool deck unattended may be disposed of.
18. ALWAYS dispose of your garbage. There are trash chutes on each floor. Always bag your garbage.
If items are too large, place them in the large dumpsters in the garage. Blue recycling bins are also
provided in the garage.
19. ALWAYS return carts to cart areas.
20. NOISE – All occupants shall refrain form creating noise which may disturb other occupants. Avoid
any loud radios, televisions, stereos, Jacuzzi, dishwasher or washers and dryer before 8:00 a.m. or
after 10:00 p.m.
