The Seascape Premier Beachfront Cottage: Gulf View, Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ, WiFi

Please note: our community pool and hot tub is closed through December 2025 for renovations. However, our guest will have access to The Sand Dollar’s (neighboring condominium) beautiful beachfront pool and hot tub. Please see the last 4 photos in the listing. Treat yourself, you deserve it! Our remodeled condo is updated and furnished for your comfort and convenience. It's the perfect place for a romantic couples getaway, fun in the sun for families or a paradise of peace for seniors.

Enjoy watching the boats sail by from our balcony or laying by our pool and basking in the sunshine. Step out to the beach, feel the warm sand between your toes and indulge in the Gulf.

Imagine, the soothing sounds of the ocean, pelicans and frigates soaring on the gulf breezes, the gentle swish of palm trees, and spectacular sunsets; paradise awaits on the sparkling sands of Indian Shores.

We have high standards and our condo is reflected accordingly. In addition to being completely remodeled, it has very nice furnishings and is tastefully decorated. From the Tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom to the highest quality sheets that accompany it. Our condo will not disappoint.

Our condo building has a heated pool and a hot tub which our balcony overlooks. It's a great place to let older children explore, while being able to keep an eye out for them. It also has gas grills, which are perfect for beachfront BBQ's.

Make lifelong memories and melt your stress away on Indian Shores Beach. Indian Shores is conveniently located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We are less then 10 miles away from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater (PIE) airport and under a hour (approximately 25 miles) to the Tampa (TPA) airport. There are shopping centers, golf, fishing piers and great restaurants close by.

Jason and Kionna’s beach condo is just perfect. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and just a perfect spot for our Spring Break getaway! Kionna was the best hostess and checked on us during our stay and made the process so easy. Our family loves the area and we hope to enjoy this perfect piece of paradise again!

Property is beautifully laid out for family time enjoying the pool or beach. Plenty of beach gear, all you have to do is pack your suitcase. Various restaurants are a bit of a walk, so having your own vehicle might be beneficial.

Fabulous condo and location - Indian Shores is a lot less crowded. Beach was great and restaurants close by! Condo is on 2nd Floor and assigned covered parking close to elevator. Perfect for loading and unloading and secured entry. Owner is great communicator and also provides information on local dining and activities! Definitely hope to return again!

Kieonna was a wonderful hostess. Very good communication and response time.This was our 1st visit to Indian Shores- location is ideal for traveling to St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. - but there are not restaurants and bars within walking distance of the condo.Condo is equipped with nice quality kitchen essentials and appliances are up to date and easy to use.

Perfect Trip

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this whole experience was. The condo was beautifully furnished, completely equipped with all anyone would need for a beach vacation. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The beds were very comfortable and parking is a breeze with its own reserved spot right by the elevators. The owners were in contact throughout the process and wonderful to work with. We will definitely try to stay here again on future visits.

Perfect Get Away

This was one of the best get aways!! The condo was nice and very clean!! The location was amazing. The Beach Cottage II facility was awesome-great location in regard to restaurants, grocery stores etc. The beach was kept maintained every morning with a tractor, there were umbrellas for rent, volleyball. The gulf water is just gorgeous and the view from the condo was good! The pool and hot tub area were also well maintained and very clean. The whole layout of the place was very well designed. The owners/hosts for the condo were super and answered any questions timely and were a joy! Again, this is a great get away and I would highly recommend it!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This property was absolutely perfect for our Girls Trip to the beach. The location cannot be beat…just steps from both the beach and pool. Perfect white sand, crystal clear water, respectful tenants/renters, open pool area with plenty of seating, elevators, parking garage…the Beach Cottages is really a lovely spot in Indian Shores and close to so many restaurants. Jason and Kieonna are outstanding owners who are super easy to communicate with and obviously take great care to make sure their rental is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for all you could need. The beds are comfortable, and it was very spacious for our group. The balcony was a highlight for sure, and there was a closet filled with all sorts of beach toys, chairs, and coolers. All sorts of special treats and touches…they’ve really thought of everything to make your stay fabulous! We would come back in a heartbeat!!

Great place to stay that was very welcoming (hosts communicated before during and after my stay), safe (need to utilize building keys for access throughout property for pool beach condo), homey (condo was decorated very cute and I felt at home), and conveniently located (near the elevator or stairs, parking spot right off entrance, and property is easy to travel to places). Plenty of beach equipment to utilize or you can rent cabanas on the beach. Overall, very happy with my stay, but would have liked more cooking utensils or bowls to cook with. A perfect vacation

Unlike other homes we have stayed at, the homeowners actually greeted us and showed us around the condo AND the property. They were so kind and wanted us to have a great stay. Everything in the condo was upgraded, clean, and comfortable. The place is beautifully decorated with a perfect beachy touch. The large balcony overlooks the pool and the gulf beyond it—perfect for morning coffees and evening desserts. The walk to the beach is just on the other side of the pool and because it is semi-private there weren’t any crowds to contend with. The beach is GORGEOUS! Also, the location of the condo puts you close to lots of plenty of food, groceries, pharmacies, and activities. I had never heard of Indian Shores before our visit—I took a gamble when I booked and I am so glad I did. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with this stay. We would definitely come back and definitely recommend to others!

Very nice condo, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, washer and dryer, 2 bath, large balcony on 2nd floor, covered parking, great beach access. All around great place to stay, with great supplies. Also had a lot of chairs supplied. And a wagon to get your supplies to the beach. Great place.

Great Condo! Super Location! Owners that Care!

First Visit to this area and so many options. We could not have picked a better spot. Owners communicated well. All questions were answered promptly and only issue was coffee pot not working properly and they immediately replaced with new one! Condo is updated with modern amenities and many friends staying in same building were shocked at how nice our rooms were. We will come again.

We are originally from Indiana. We are proud Alumni of Indiana State University, Jason and Indiana University, Kieonna. Upon receiving our degrees we relocated to the beautiful sunshine state of Florida and began careers as educators. Jason is a High School Head Football Coach and Teacher. I am a High School Assistant Principal and International Baccalaureate Coordinator. During our time off we enjoy vacationing with our two beautiful daughters. Our family’s favorite vacation destination is the beach. We’ve traveled the state visiting Florida’s best beaches before deciding to have beach place to call our own. We love our condo and ensure that our guests will too!
