SPACIOUS BEACHFRONT CORNER CONDO WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE GULF FROM THE VERY SPACIOUS BALCONY AND ALSO A VIEW OF THE INTRACOASTAL ALONG WITH GREAT DINING TABLES AND LOUNGERS AND HEATED POOL. THE UNIT IS 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS .THE CORNER LOCATION OFFERS MORE PRIVACY THAN OTHER UNITS IN THE BUILDING .THERE IS ALSO A GREAT TROLLEY THAT YOU CAN RIDE FROM CLEARWATER BEACH TO ST. PETERSBURG BEACH ALL DAY FOR $1.00 PER DAY. WE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED ALL NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE WITH A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA AS WELL AND YOU LOOK DOWN FROM THE BALCONY AND YOU ARE LITERALLY RIGHT ON THE BEACH. WHEN YOU LOOK OUT AT THE BALCONY AND THE OCEAN FROM THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE ON A CRUISE SHIP. WE HAVE A 7 DAY MINIMUM STAY FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND.

We enjoyed having the beach so close. Everything is locked with a code which made it feel safe. Restaurants, shops, etc. are a good distance away, so I recommend renting a car or a golf cart to help get around. There is a convenient parking space to use, so that is nice.

Heaven in Paradise

We have met once a year from all over for a girls trip and have never stayed in a place that was so well equipped and maintained. This was our 23rd year meeting and have paid more for less!We do have two suggestions. The guest roomneeds a new blind as the light from the porch comesin and another chair for the living room would be wonderful.

The condo was perfectly located on the beach and had a wonderful view. We missed the fact that there was not a washer and dryer in the condo, however there was one located on every floor of the building. It’s coin operated so take lots of quarters. The only negative for us was there wasn’t much storage in the closets as most were locked with owners personal belongings. We made it work and had a great time! Unit was spacious in the main living area. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Great Beach Vacation Stay

This property is great for a girls trip or small family. The property was clean and was true to the listing. The owners were very responsive prior to check in and had all of the items that you need for a beach vacation - chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The direct access from the property to the beach was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

My family had a great time in this condo. The location was very good, and the corner view from the balcony was excellent. The beach was not too crowded and the condo complex was relatively quiet. The condo was clean and well equipped. Would stay again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This is a beautiful condo with updated decor, fabulous ocean view, and well equipped. We shared with another couple and there was plenty of space. We loved sitting on the large balcony with our morning coffee. Great location close to restaurants and stores. The Florida Aquarium, John's Pass and Dunedin were some of our favourite attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

This is our third time renting this condo and as always it's amazing! We love the location and how quiet the area is. Everything we needed is in the condo. Love having beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we've had. Definitely will be renting again.

Sparkling clean unit.

Being a nurse, I pay particular attention to cleanliness. This unit was very clean and even nicer than the pictures. The owner has a great process and made it super easy. Beautiful condo in an amazing oceanfront location. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and great location. The view of the beach is incredible.

my husband, our two young children (2.5yo and 9month old) and I had a great time in this condo. Easy walk to the beach carrying the kids and all their toys. Grocery store was a quick drive away. The beach was clean, small gentle waves and not very crowded. We watched the sunset every night from the balcony. The condo was clean and very comfy. We had a terrific time and would definitely recommend!

Best Condo we have stayed in

We have stayed in several condos in Florida and this was by far the nicest yet. Very well maintained and up to date. The view was breath taking. Even with Tropical Storm Colin coming through it didn't stop us from having a great time. The day of the storm we just went to the Florida Aquarium. The lady in the office where we picked up our keys was very friendly and helpful. We will be back and I highly recommend this condo to everyone.

The best condo to stay!!

This certainly was the best condo at Indian shores! The host thought of every detail to transform vacation to a feel like home get away. The smallest of details... from coffee filters, speaker, brand new beach chairs, umbrellas for the heat, beautiful dishes.... I could go on and on!!! Kudos Stephen! When I return I most certainly will be staying here!

THERE IS EVEN A GREAT TROLLEY THAT YOU CAN RIDE FOR $1.00 ALL DAY WHERE YOU CAN HOPE ON AND OFF AND TRAVEL BETWEEN ST. PETE BEACH AND CLEARWATER BEACH.
