This ocean and pool view condo at Beach Cottages offers a relaxed, comfortable coastal escape—perfect for couples or families looking to unwind at the beach. Step out onto your private balcony to experience the Gulf’s signature cotton-candy sunsets—an unforgettable way to end each day. Guests also have access to Beach Cottages’ private beach access, spacious resort-style pool deck, complete with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, and gas grills, making it easy to enjoy long, sunny days outdoors. With elevator access in the building, bringing up luggage and beach gear is effortless, whether you’re heading to the sand or the pool.

The oversized primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin bed plus its own smart TV. The cozy living room provides sliding glass door access to the balcony, along with a cable and smart TV, plus a pullout sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a coffee bar, and a spacious linen area with a washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Step out onto the private balcony from either the living room or primary suite to enjoy peaceful ocean and pool views.

Would not stay here again. Beautiful location and great amenities .. the place needs a very throughal Cleaning, showed owners pictures of food crumbs in cupboards, greasy cabinets. The couch smells like urine. They said they didn't notice any of the things that we pointed out . Bra from previous renter left in bathroom. I felt this was nowhere near standards of a nice play to stay . Sad because we loved the location

Hi Pat, We take cleanliness concerns very seriously and conducted multiple thorough reviews in response to your claims. Prior to your arrival, detailed inspection photos were completed by out cleaner's which we carefully reviewed, and none of the issues mentioned were present at that time. In addition, by chance our ownership team had conducted a comprehensive inventory at this property prior your stay, opening all cabinets and drawers, and no concerns were identified. The sleeper sofa was also inspected, and no odors were noted. Since we take cleaning complaints very seriously, following your departure, we completed another full inspection of the property, and again, none of the reported issues were observed or substantiated. Given the consistency across these multiple inspections, we were unable to validate any of the concerns raised. In the end, given that your complaints were submitted to us 3 days after arrival with no verifiable evidence and your first question was regarding refunds - we determined that your request appeared to primarily be positioning for a refund, which is not supported in our policies or the platform policies. Indian Shores Condo

We have stayed at other condos in the complex, this one was as good as any of the other ones. It met all expectations prior to our arrival. Great location, secure building and can’t beat the easy access to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Great for Family Vacation!

We had the best time staying here! With a family of little ones, this condo was great! And has a beautiful view of both beach and pool. The host was extremely kind and informative, and quick with responses. The location was easy access to both beach and pool. Also, a big walk in closet in the master bedroom was perfect for sleeping an infant in a pack and play. Great family vacation with wonderful memories!!

Condo amazing, building great, beach great, smokers not so much

Pros: The condo was huge!! The balcony was an awesome place to work as I always have to work on my vacations. The beach was so nice , not overcrowded and was pretty clean. This is amazing considering we went in June. Can’t say enough about the town and the condo. We really enjoyed it. I had an issue with smokers on my neighboring balcony and the owner was very quick to respond. See cons list regarding that. Cons: The only con I can have is the smoking. I will return to this condo but the two things that were really annoying 1(this was the reason for the 1 less star) I didn’t want to ding the owner but the building management needs to find a way to enforce their policies. There are no smoking signs everywhere but people still smoke on the balcony. I loved working on the balcony and hearing the waves but the smoke of my neighbor was ridiculous. All management would have to do is walk through the pool area and see who is smoking. 2). There was construction going on next door and it was very loud during the day but I seem to find that everywhere you stay, so I didn’t ding them for that. It seemed to be quiet at night so it really didn’t disturb my sleep.
