Our apartment was impeccable and we appreciated its cleanliness and thoughtful accommodation of our needs. Everything was there that we needed for a comfortable 2-week stay. We stayed at Beach Cottages a half dozen times but this rental was the best one we had. Thank you!

Bathroom had mold; around the tub and in the toilet. Dusty with cobwebs. Freezer not cold enough and turned our ice cream to mush.I should be refunded cleaning fee.

Hi Colleen, Thank you for your feedback. We would have been happy to take a look at the freezer issue during your stay, but after reviewing our messages, we were unable to find any maintenance requests regarding it. We also shared your cleanliness concerns with our cleaning team, as we take those standards very seriously. We always strive to provide every guest with a 5-star experience and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to promptly address and resolve any concerns.
