Location: Galveston Bay Club community of Galveston, Texas

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the boardwalk winding along the water's edge. No vehicles are allowed on the boardwalk.

Beach Access: About a 5 minute drive to Pirates Beach.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

Must be 24+ to book.

NO parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip!

Guests have access to the entire property, as well as the community boardwalk winding along the water's edge.

Always available through the Airbnb app when needed.

This is a very quiet, private neighborhood. The neighborhood is perfect for families with kids, as there is almost no in and out traffic.

6 cars max in driveway only, no parking on lawn or street. No cars on boardwalk

Other things to note
There are security cameras on the exterior of the home (none on the interior) for the protection of our guests and for monitoring when the home is vacant.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
