- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. The Property Manager and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

We are committed to your family's safety as cleanliness and safety are always a top priority. We would like to inform you that we are working with our partners and staff members to be proactive and ensure our guests have the best vacation experience while mitigating the impact of the current situation.

We adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures when cleaning and maintaining our homes including all local laws. In addition to the strict guidelines and high standards we have in place, we have developed new best practices, training and information that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC and the industry standards set by the VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association). We are committed to doing our part to keep guests, owners, and staff safe.

We have considered a preventive plan of strict cleaning standards and housekeeping for our vacation homes with the following measures:

-Our existing cleaning programs have been updated to include more rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols to ensure safety as described by the CDC.

-Team members are receiving additional specialized and ongoing training in cleaning standards and practices.

-We disinfect all major surfaces and pay close attention to all high-touch areas, including doorknobs (inside and out), lock boxes or electronics lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens, and playsets/toys, to name a few. High-touch surfaces are being treated with extra care with EPA compliant disinfectants.

-Our team members follow all PPE best practices by wearing masks, gloves, and/or other protective gear as necessary when entering a vacation home. Further, our team is supplied with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol as directed by the CDC.

Additional Safety Measures include:

- Remote check-in for guests.
- Our team is helping guests resolve any technical or maintenance questions via phone or chat before we send a team member into the homes.
- All maintenance staff wear mask, gloves and shoe covers and are to remain at least six feet about from guests when attending a vacation home.

*There is a Ring Doorbell camera installed on the side of the garage by the driveway. The camera has NO view/angle of any guest areas of the property other than the driveway.

Perfect Disney getaway!

We absolutely loved this home. It was exactly as it was listed with so many features and amenities! It was so clean, neat and organized. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The game room is so much fun - our kids had a blast! It is the perfect post-Disney park sanctuary! You can just relax and unwind in a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the golf course and go in the hot tub after a park day!! The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. There are so many rooms and bathrooms! And, the hosts were so responsive and easy to connect with! That made the stay even better knowing they were there to answer any questions! We absolutely loved our stay and we certainly recommend this home!

I booked this home for my daughters first birthday and it was absolutely AMAZING! This home has so much space and has an amazing view, ON A GOLF COURSE! The outside pool area has plenty of comfortable seating. There is a separate arcade room that has LOTS to do from golf, basketball hoops, a play area for the little ones and much more which the kids at our party really enjoyed! Also there is a guest house upstairs from the arcade fully equipped with a kitchenette with appliances, one bedroom, a living room with a pullout bed and a full bathroom. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen is overlooking the golf course and also has more than enough appliances with labels for your use. There is a patio on the first floor which has comfortable outside seating, a grill, and a fireplace. Going up to the second floor you with be greeted with 3 bedrooms and a living space which includes a mini kitchenette AND a projector screen for movie night. There is also an upstairs balcony that was awesome to sit out and have a cup of coffee in the mornings. The hosts were so accommodating and have everything you need waiting for you when you check in. It was super easy to communicate with them even before our trip started.We had an issue with the wifi because of a storm (out of their control) but they did their best and even came out to fix it within a few hours of me mentioning it. We have already started to plan our next trip here! DO NOT MISS OUT!

This house is fantastic - like, if I could live there permanently, I would. It is a little hard to understand the layout from the pictures. There is a 2 story garage in the front; the garage space has been converted to a huge gameroom. Above that is a large and lavish 1 bedroom apartment with bath. Behind the garage are the pool and hottub with an outdoor TV and Alexa-enabled outdoor sound system, table and chairs, 2 hanging basket chairs, and 4chaise lounges. Behind that is the main house, with a master bedroom and huge bathroom. There is ample seating for a huge group on the sectional sofa in front of the large flat screen. There is a large patio off the back with a Chargrill charcoal/propane bbq. There is a golf green about 100 yards in back of the house. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a lounge area with retractable screen for a projection TV and a nice stereo system. There is an immense second floor balcony with chairs etc. off the back of the house. It is all decorated with the latest finishes and style. I can not say enough about the property, it was fantastic. We were 9 people and it was plenty big. This is a superb choice in the Reunion area and the hosts are on the ball with quick communication etc. 5 stars plus.

Mike & Lauren were phenomenal hosts! They communicated with us the entire time and gave us step by step easy to follow instructions in regards to what to expect and the check in/check out process. About the property: BEAUTIFUL! As if the pictures weren't enough to seal the deal, the house surpassed our expectations. Amazing property in an awesome location

This is an amazing property in a great location. We had a group of 8 friends and it fit us all comfortably, the separate apartment above the garage was very helpful in making the group not feel at all like we were crammed. Pool and hot tub are exactly as they seem in the photos, when we didn’t spend time there we were able to golf at the amazing courses location on the resort that are literally a 2 minute drive down the street. Check in process was extremely easy especially if you get the resort passes. The hosts were also top notch, very communicative and you could tell really cared that our group had a good time! Would visit again and recommend to anyone!

Great House in Reunion

We had a great week with our grandchildren at this nice home. The pool is very private we really enjoyed it at the end of a busy day. All of us watching the golfers as they played the hole right outside the family area. It was nice having the neighborhood waterpark and mini golf to fill some leisurely moments. We traveled to Discovery Cove, SeaWorld and Aquatica during our visit, all three of which are nearby. Restaurants of all types and price points are an easy drive. Overall a great week in a great home with absolutely FANTASTIC hosts. They were just a phone call away if needed.

Nice location at the end of a cul-de-sac right on the golf course. Close to the main resort hotel. Nice layout. Garage apartment was bigger and nicer than I thought it would be. Great for larger families that want to spread out. Pool was nice. Bedding was comfortable. Owner's were very attentive and concerned about you having a great stay. Excellent rental!

Perfect Getaway

My family and I had such an amazing vacation. This house met the needs of everyone in our group. When you rent this house you actually get to speak directly to the owners. They were amazing. They are quick to respond to anything that you need. The morning sunset was absolutely gorgeous. You could relax on the back patio or balcony and watch the golfers. The pool and spa was where we spent most of our time. There is even a bathroom with outside access so you don’t have to go into the main house. An added bonus was the the little apartment above the garage. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living area and full size fridge with sink. The house is located very close to Disney. The Reunion Resort community is very nice. We loved having access to the water park. It was such a great vacation, can’t wait to go back.

A truly special experience

The new owners of this home are incredible hosts that will ensure your holiday is everything you’d wished for! We flew in from Germany and had booked the property during the transition of ownership. Communication and service between the previous and new owners could not be more different. Lauren and Mike are very kind and approachable. The attention to detail that they give to not only the style of the home but more importantly ensuring our unique requests were catered for. We spent our Christmas and New Years in the property and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We are already coordinating to come back again next year!

My husband Mike and I left the Midwest/Chicago to explore a change of pace, warmer weather, and just a new lifestyle. We spend part of the year down in the tropical island of Puerto Rico and the rest in the sunshine state of Florida/theme park capital of the world with our gorgeous new daughter that we welcomed into this world in 2020.

We are opening our homes up to you in hopes that you can enjoy it as much as we do. We put much thought into the entire guest experience so your vacation is as memorable as possible. If at any point you have any questions about our place or your stay, please let us know and we are happy to go above and beyond for you and your guest.

Why they chose this property

Our property is owner operated, so you will get the personalized service that you will not get with other properties. Our property is very kid friendly. We have added additional amenities that other properties do not such as 5 bicycles (2 adult, 2 kids, 1 toddler). Easy check-in/out - you will get a 4 digit pin that you enter on the doors. No need to waste time on a lengthy check-in process or visiting a membership office.

We also have equipped the house with most of the items needed to make our vacation property feel like home such as (coffee maker, tons of cooking utensils, silverware, dishwasher w/ dish soap provided, board games for the family, dinnerware and drink ware, trash cans with extra trash bags, shower soap/shampoo samples, etc.

We have stayed at other properties and have tried to make our property as worry free as possible. We do the little extra things to make your arrival as nice as possible, such as ice in the ice maker and the a/c turned down prior to your arrival. If you need assistance with anything during your stay, our property manager lives in the resort and is fantastic. If you need anything prior to arrival, you will always get quick answers either by email/text/phone or vrbo response. We don't charge a security deposit, but simply use the vrbo insurance (which is easier for everyone and leaves you covered).

Our calendar is always up to date and you can simply click the BOOK NOW button to get an exact quote for your dates and you can confirm and pay instantly through vrbo with credit card. We will also email you a welcome packet after booking, so you can start planning your vacation immediately.

What makes this property unique

The owners have purchased a membership to the resort, so for $55/day, you will have access to many amenities that other properties cannot offer such as : golf, tennis, waterpark and gym. We hope this will result in a worry-free stay. We also have put in smart thermostats and digital keypad on entry doors.
