Awesome Mid-Town Apt with easy access to everything

Property owners were easy to contact, accommodating and responsive. We spent 5 weeks working from this location and exploring Manhattan.

Our guests commend us for "squeaky clean bathrooms," fully equipped kitchen, and expansive "clutter-free space" as well as our proactive approach to hosting and super speedy response time to any guest questions.

Why they chose this property

This location straddles two terrific Midtown neighborhoods: Kips Bay and Murray Hill. Our boutique, 30-unit condo building, a former parish house, sits on a tree-lined street of historic brick townhouses. A Fairway grocery store and AMC movie theater are directly across Second Avenue. A Trader Joe's is just around the corner on Third Ave. In between are myriad wonderful bars and restaurants. Terrific Indian food is especially plentiful and the choices are dizzying. Our go-to restaurants include Vatan (403 Third Ave) and Banc Cafe (431 Third Ave).
