Stunning family house with swimming pool, South Ardèche

Stunning stone house, restored in a modern way, with a swimming-pool and a large garden for 8-10 people, facing the mountain.
Located on the edge of Uzer, a small village close to legendary Balazuc, this spectacular house has three floors with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is a family house with a large swimming-pool, a covered terrace and a large harbour in the 3.5 acres garden. There is a small river at the bottom of the garden, in front of a mountain. The property is situated in an ideal setting: it is quiet and unoverlooked without being isolated, close to communication routes, in a village surrounded by vineyards.

This house is our second home: it is ideal for families, hikers, and nature lovers.
The village is 8km away from a larger town in which you will find all amenities. There is a small supermarket in the village, 5mn walk away from the house, with daily fresh bread, and a pizzeria.
The 8mx4m pool is environmentally-sound with mineral salt. It is open as of April 1st.
Guests can cycle and walk on the hiking trails. A riding centre 3km away offers individual and group rides in the countryside, and you’ll enjoy the farniente in the garden.
The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche (Vallon Pont-d'Arc) are 20km away for those of you who like canoeing and kayaking.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Fabienne. La localisation est parfaite pour rayonner à la découverte de l’Ardeche. La proximité de la voie verte cyclable est un plus.La maison est bien équipée, la déco agréable, et il a été possible de garder la maison relativement fraîche pendant la canicule (sauf sous le toit!), ce que nous avons bien apprécié.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison ainsi que l'extérieur sont très agréables. Chacun a pu trouver son espace et la bibliothèque a eu beaucoup de succès...Les échanges avec Fabienne ont été fréquents et conviviaux..Nous recommandons vivement cette location.,

Super séjour à Uzer !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Fabienne : la maison est grande et spacieuse, la terrasse ombragée très agréable, le jardin et la piscine ont été grandement appréciés et nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue dégagée, magnifique. La région est super : canoë, ballades, grotte Chauvet… Fabienne a été très réactive et Émilie qui nous a accueilli a été super en nous donnant pleins d’infos sur la région. Merci à elles. Nous étions 10 dont 2 grands ados. J’espère que nous aurons, vite, l’occasion de revenir.

Une très belle demeure en Ardèche

La demeure de Fabienne est très sympathique et facile à vivre. Idealement située pour découvrir l'Ardèche elle permet également de profiter de son très grand jardin et de sa belle piscine pour les journées sans ballade
