A lovely property in an idyllic setting. It was very clean with quality fitments. It needed better outdoor shaded areas and air conditioning for the very hot weather, upstairs. Also, the first floor toilet needed refurbishment. We enjoyed our holiday because we love the area but the high temperatures took their toll.

Superbe séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme . Maison propre et bien équipée . Cadre calme et très beau jardin . Petit chemin pour aller jusqu’à l’église de rouillac de la maison . À cinq min en voiture de Montcuq, charmant village et petite baignade au lac à 10 min . Hôtes prévenants et sympathique . Bref un excellent séjour ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Son environnement est paisible et très joli. Marjan est très réactive et disponible. C'est une belle région où il est possible de découvrir pleins de sites. L'accès au lac est génial.

Maison calme et spacieuse

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire pour une famille de 4. Les Den Bakker sont des hôtes attentionnés et réactifs. L’environnement est idéal si vous recherchez le calme.

Propriété conforme à l'annonce. Mais accueil distant voire maladroit.

Maison agréable, bien équipée et au calme ! Les propriétaires n'étaient toutefois pas présents à notre arrivée, nous ont rendu visite sans nous prévenir pendant la semaine, et se sont montrés plus que protocolaires lors de notre départ.

Bonjour Anais, je regrette ton avis, nous ne pouvons pas être là pour vous accueillir, vu nous n'habitons pas sur place, mais à 15 km... et en plus les vacanciers ne viennent tous à une heure différente.... Ceci est bien expliqué dans notre annonce et dans notre communication... Et c'est pour ça, que le clé est dans un boitier codé et que nous venons vous voir dès qu'on peux... Pour le départ , je comprend vraiment pas votre remarque, j'étais là à l'heure convenue et j'ai attendu calmement votre départ... Votre conclusion me surprend vraiment.... nous essayons d’accueillir nos vacanciers avec beaucoup d'attention...
