The huge living room is a great area for entertaining and playing games. And the pool is a very short walk while being far enough away to be the perfect balance. You can use the gas BBQ on the lawn for any meals or make use of the large charcoal barbecue grills at the dock…even make it a picnic.

The protected boat dock gives easy gulf and fast ocean access. Bring your own boat (MAXIMUM 31’ from motor to bow sprit/anchor) with deep water moorage at the dock or rent a boat or jet ski just around the corner. Double the fun with nearby rentals of paddle boards, kayaks, or bring your own water toys. 6 lovely beach towels are provided for your use. This is one of the very few if not the only rental comes w/ its own dock box and lock for your use. The boat slip has a hose for fresh water. A fish cleaning station is nearby as well as a convenience for your boat or for the house is very close to your boat slip #33.
