About this property

Welcome to my home!

I have the immense joy of welcoming you to my charming 35 square meter apartment, located on the 4ᵉ floor without elevator and ready to receive three people. It is ideally located at the foot of the Thiou River, in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the train station and close to bars and restaurants. You will love its location, which allows you to discover sites of interest.

## Logement
My apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (new mattress since 15.07.22) a bathroom, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. It is located on the 4ᵉ floor without elevator.
During your stays, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave.

Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.

The advantage of the apartment is that it is in the old town. You will find everything you need nearby! You will stay in a shopping area, however the apartment overlooks a courtyard and is therefore quiet.

Discover Annecy and all its places of interest! In 10 minutes of walk, you reach Annecy and its historical monuments (the castle, the palace of the island, the bridge of the loves, the channels, the small commercial lanes and many others) as well as Paquier, the lake and the shopping center Courier.

For your daily shopping, you will find a MONOPRIX 5 minutes away.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
