Welcome to my home!

Between Montmartre and the Batignolles, my 3 bedroom apartment has been refurbished in 2020. Located on the 9th and last floor with elevator, it offers a beautiful view on the roofs of Paris, the Sacré-Coeur of Montmartre and La Défense.
Close to the metro, shops and restaurants, it can accommodate 6 people for tourist or professional stays. Facing the courtyard and the garden, it allows you to sleep in perfect peace and quiet.

## Logement
It is composed of 3 beautiful bedrooms with a view on Montmartre, including a large master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine and a bedroom with a bunk bed for two children; a spacious and cosy living room with a sofa bed for two, a television and a dining area; a fully equipped American kitchen and 2 shower rooms.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven.
A large private park is at the disposal of the occupants of the building.

You will find near my apartment: various bars, restaurants and shops; several squares such as: the one of Épinettes (1 minute of walk) and the Square Saint-Croix (2 minutes); the Park Clichy-Batignolles - Martin Luther-King (15 minutes); and the Max Rousié Stadium (8 minutes).
For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour Market at 4 minutes walking distance and a Franprix at 2 minutes, as well as many small shops (butcher's, bakery, fishmonger's, greengrocer's, etc...)

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the northwest of Paris. Paradoxically, it is considered the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life in terms of security, proximity, cleanliness and calm. Very well served by transport and only a few minutes away from any business. The Epinettes district, located in the extension of the Batignolles district, offers a typically Parisian atmosphere and has kept its popular, authentic and bourgeois-bohemian soul.

Lines 54 and 74 (Rue des Moines station): 7 minutes on foot TRANSVERSE BATIGNOLLES line (Lantiez station): 4 minutes on foot.
From Paris-Orly airport: 40 minutes by car.
From Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport: 25 minutes by car.
From Gare du Nord station : 25 minutes by bus or metro.
