We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Châtillon, this charming apartment of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, lounge and dining area with large dining table for 6 people
- An open kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : east facing with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : east facing with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 : south-west facing with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A shower room with shower and WC
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m² facing south west with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Châtillon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Horrible experience

Filthy, unsafe, and left two days early to stay someplace else. We tried working with the management team and they explained that exposed electrical wires and mold were wear and tear.
this outlet comes completely out of the wall when unplugging the fan and poses a major safety hazard
Black mold from the shower is growing. My kids were coughing the entire time we were in the rooms. Coughing went away once we left

Good food market and a great restaurant right across the street. Good bakery just a 15 minute walk too. Trolley stop across the street as well! Enjoyed the balcony. Overall Chatillon is a nice locale. 🙁 Funky pillows, balky TV. The main street side a tad noisy. Second bathroom has the dryer but no sink. One surprise is Chatillon is a two-fare zone into Paris."

Eigentlich ein sehr geräumiges Appartement mit allem, was man für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Unangenehm aufgefallen ist allerdings, dass direkt im Flur noch Müll lag und auch der Fußboden hatte eine klebrige Schicht. Die Balkontür lässt sich nicht schließen, aber es gibt einen Rollladen und die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock. Ansonsten war alles sauber, WC, Bad, Küche, Schlafzimmer. Die Lage, leicht außerhalb des Zentrums, hat nicht gestört. Die Tram fährt zuverlässig, der Weg ist nicht weit, aber es geht zumindest heimwärts bergauf.Am kompliziertesten war für uns der Check in. Wir hatten alle nötigen Codes, aber alle anderen Informationen kamen erst, als wir durch nette Hausbewohner sämtliche Fragen klären konnten. Als wir endlich in der Wohnung waren, wurden Informationen geschickt. Den Garagenschlüssel muss man erst in der Wohnung holen, bevor das Auto geparkt werden kann. Bei uns funktionierte der Drücker nur manchmal, deshalb mussten wir zunächst im Halteverbot parken, was mitten in Paris schon mutig ist. Am nächsten Tag gab es neue Batterien und wir standen gut. Überdacht, abgeschlossen, sicher. Uns hat das Ganze 2 Stunden gekostet, bis wir uns auf den Weg in die Innenstadt machen konnten. Bei einer frühstmöglichen Anreise um 16 Uhr fand ich es schon spät. Das hätte besser kommuniziert werden können.

Appartement très bien situé pour séjour à PARIS, bien décrit dans l'annonce, spacieux fonctionnel Par contre appartement vieillissant... prise arrachée dans l'entrée, scellé de placard arraché aussi , le ménage laisse à désirer rebord de fenêtre très sales, évier pas net, paire de chaussettes sales sous lit de bébé... poêle et casserole sales et 5 couteaux de table, 2 fois 5 assiettes l'appartement est pour 6... par contre appartement bien équipé ménager et vaisselle. Et surtout les explications pour rentrer pas claires la personne que j'ai eu m'a dit que je ne savais pas lire (Nom de boite de lettres non précisé on cherchait le badge en fait c'est une clé et pas de serrure sur la porte à ouvrir...) il est vrai que je n'ai pas l'habitude des appartements.

Si on apprécie le parking, les équipements, et l’accessibilité, on apprécie moins le peu d’éclairage aux chambres et surtout le ménage mal fait ayant laissé pas mal de poussières, des odeurs, et WC sales.
