The home was in a great location and very clean. Pet friendly was important to us. The pool was wonderful as well. Communication with the property management team was very good too. The dishwasher had to be replaced while we were there and they were very helpful in getting it done.

Location! The house is located just two short blocks from the beach and is completely walkable. It puts you right on to the white sand beach that is located South of Bean Point. The water is clear and beaches are super clean making it enjoyable for kids and adults. We did not have any issues with current(s) what's so ever. The house is super clean with two screened in outdoor sitting areas along with an outdoor bar area with TV and sitting situated directly by the pool and hot tub. The pool was great and had tons of setting which made downtime great for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to accommodate your family with everything needed to snack or cook full meals. It was extremely quite at night and we enjoyed all the extra pool and beach toys that were available from the host.

Great location with 5-minute walk to beach. Private pool and hot tub combined with the outside TV for football was used every day. Two screened in porches were great for reading and alone time when needed. Convenient location for daily walks to coffee shops and restaurants. Entire family enjoyed the trip and would stay again when in AMI.

Wonderful Vacation

This property was set up perfect for an ocean getaway. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and loved having the pool and spa to come back to. The owners made it super easy to work with and we are already ready to plan our next trip to the AMI area!!!

Amazing Location!

I really enjoyed staying at Sol Mate. The location was amazing - close to shops/restaurants and walking distance to the beach. It was so easy with kids to pack up the beach wagon and stroll 5mins to the sand. It was also great that umbrellas and beach toys were all there already.

Best location

The short walk the beach and easy access to the local eateries was by far the best thing about our trip! We had a small issue when we arrived that actually turned out to be nothing, but the team was extremely responsive which we really appreciated. Looking forward to come back here!

Great location

Great location in the middle of all of our favorite Anna Maria spots! Loved walking to the beach for sunsets at bean point, the most beautiful beach! Master bath could use an updateb and upstairs was a bit hot but we loved our stay!

Perfect family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Sol Mate on Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect for our family with three kids under 6. The pool was just the right size and well maintained. Beach within a few minutes walk. Management company was highly responsive. We plan to be back!

This house works well for 3 couples. The pool was great. The kitchen was good for people who cook, but we did have to go out and buy salt and pepper and oil to go along with what we already bought. The host was responsive to requests like please make 2 twins into a king bed. Also responsive to an emergency, the front door lock wont let us in. We like the beach gear, easy to arrange.
