Disappointing stay

This unit is the groundfloor converted store-front, not an apartment in the building above. It is accessed through a large metal gate. There is no ventilation in the apartment, no fans and no windows that open. Not ideal for summer months. It was listed as a 2 bathroom apartment but there was only 1 bathroom. To access the bathroom, you have to walk through the 1 bedroom. Not ideal for 3 guests. The apartment is very small. It looks new and has some nice, modern features. It also has some safety issues, like a make-shift sharp bench seat that my husband cut his leg on. When we initially contacted management/hosts about our concerns, they did not respond for over 5 hours. We checked out early as it was unbearable to stay in the heat. After many messages back and forth, management acknowledged that the unit was not as described and stated they woul contact the owner about a fair refund. After waiting 2 more weeks and several more messages, they said they could not offer a refund. Very disappointing overall!
