We truly enjoyed our stay in Minocqua! The house provided enough space for all of us to spread out. The fishing off the dock proved to be fun for everyone and we enjoyed trying out of the paddle boards! The location of the house was perfect as you were close to everything Minocqua has to offer. Communication with the host was easy and timely.
4 days, 3 nights with 3 generations. Fun for all. Shopping, swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, relaxing - this home is the perfect location for all. Plenty of room, well-stocked home with unique decor and story behind it. Owners answered any questions we had quickly.
Had a wide range of ages (5-90) and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The lake was quiet and perfect for catching sunfish off the dock or paddling around in the provided gear. Location was great and only minutes from everything you'd want to do in the area. The house was perfect, well maintained and very comfortable as well.
We loved the house and the screened in room outside! The beds were very comfortable! My grandchildren loved the music room. Loved Hill Lake! It was very clear , had a sandy bottom and was very quiet. We loved the swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, and fishing ! Also, we loved the privacy around our house and being a short drive from downtown Minocqua! We also went horseback riding. nearby.
We really enjoyed our vacation!
This house was great and offered a little bit of everything. Every night we enjoyed a different spot… the dock, the fire pit, the deck and the screen porch! There were so many options and things to do. We had kids with us and they were kept busy with toys and instruments and tubes for the water. This is a great family space although two items to note are the bedrooms upstairs are open above so the early risers should stay up there for sound reasons and the steps were a bit tough with toddlers. However, they did have a gate we used to block it off. Overall a wonderful experience. The owners were fantastic to communicate with and I would highly recommend to others.
