It was really hard to reach the property manager about anything that happened, would’ve been nice to know that the remotes in the back had no batteries and didn’t have a tv remote other than that it was a pretty house and we’d def stay again.

The advertising and price seemed fair but unfortunately we never got to actually stay there…the host cancelled the reservation just a few days before we were to arrive for a holiday weekend. No explanation and no warning. We were refunded but left without a place to stay. I messaged the host twice and received no reply, apology, or explanation. Silence. It was a holiday weekend and the last minute cancellation put us in quite a bind…I wound up having to book something that cost 800 more for the weekend elsewhere. I did learn later that VRBO would have helped us, but it would have been more professional for the host to explain and refer us to VRBO to help us find something comparable. I wound up spending another 800 for somewhere else. Disappointing.

Clean, well stocked, spacious, close to the bay, grocery store, parks, and overall comfortable, Check in/out times adequate. For the bad, water pressure was a bit low on in the restrooms, air conditioning was set too cold and pin locked, found a few bugs (dead), there was a strange chemical smell inside and outside the house. Would stay there again if staying in town for more than a couple of days.

Everything was amazing! My family loved staying here. There was games for us to play as well! Loved that there was pamphlets to local things to do! This was the pefect getaway for my family! Cant wait to plan another visit!

Corpus Get-Away for Wedding and Beach Play

Enjoyed our stay and the home was a great fit for our group. The only issue was the A/C struggled to keep up with the excessive heat duringvthe day or just that the home was older and less insulated than we are used to. Everything else was perfect!

The house itself is really cute, and for our group, it was nice to have the little apartment in the back. Unfortunately, the first morning, there was no hot water in the little apartment bathroom, so I'm not sure if it has a water heater. It was also kind of strange to pull up and see a "For Sale" sign in the front yard, and you can tell that the owners/managers hadn't cared for the lawn or cleaned the property in quite a while. There were dried dead roaches everywhere inside, and after dinner one night we saw a huge roach crawl out of the cabinets.
