We booked this condo at the last minute and the owners were very accommodating with our requested dates. The condo was spacious with 2 large bedrooms (comfortable bed) and two bathrooms. Having a dedicated parking spot and garage was great. The living room was spacious but I think there could be more seating available other than one sofa. The kitchen was well stocked but cabinets were old and outdated. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach. We happened to be here in August and September during an extreme heat wave and only one bedroom had air conditioning so it was a little uncomfortable. It was convenient to have access to a washer and dryer, you just have to remember to get quarters. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great condo close everything

Inna was a fantastic host and thought of many details to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The condo is spacious and comfortable and close to all the important things you will want to do in Long Beach.

Great condo and location!

I stayed in this condo for 5 weeks for work. It is a sweet 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a very good Long Beach location close to the beach. There are other apartments in the small complex, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. The owners of this unit were super responsive the few times I had to reach them. This unit could really benefit from an interior update - but it woked out well, and I would stay here again.

Great for longer stays

I stayed here for over a month, it’s super close to the beach, walkable to groceries, downtown and has its’ own parking space. The neighborhood can get a little noisy during the day and there is an apartment overhead but the location and layout make up for it.
