Fun condo in quiet cul-de-sac just off S. Congress. 7 miles from downtown; close to live music, dancing, and food. Within blocks are live music venue Far Out Lounge and honkey-tonk Sagebrush. Check out Ovenbird, Little Darlin', and Aviator Pizza and Drafthouse for food and drinks.

Spacious kitchen, dining, and entertaining rooms. We're in the very back of a gated, quiet community with an open yard. Our patio has a table with 4 chairs, surrounded by lush folliage.

Perfect home base!

We were prepping for a wedding in south Austin. The space was perfect! Spacious, spread out, pretty and fun. Town house complex was quiet and secure. Hostess was fantastic with communications. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you!

Bohemian Townhome

Great location, nice and spacious.

We loved Nicole's condo on South Congress (SoCo). Close to the aiport and quick access to I-35 and 290 West to the Hill Country. It's a very nice and quiet conodo community with gated access. Quick trip to downtown Austin.

Perfect spot to stay

The property was nice, quiet and easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. It is gated, which we liked. The house was big with space, to be able to spend time with a large group comfortably, but yet it gives you the privacy to go and hide out if you want. Overall very nice.

Great Location in South Austin!

Great house with plenty of space. A great mix of private bedrooms but also openness. This location is south of downtown. Great for wanting to experience the hill country but also close enough to city life. A nice quiet community. Great house for children (note of stairs though*) We really enjoyed our stay and would for sure stay again!

Why they chose this property

I've turned my private condo into a curated space for visitors. Expect all the comforts of home, but in our beautiful city. It's perfect for a getaway with friends, a small family reunion, or a co-workers bonding weekend. Right off S. Congress Ave and a straight shot from downtown, live music, and great food.

What makes this property unique

There's a charge port in the garage for an electric vehicle. The house is ran off solar panels, so you're driving for free, cool! Another thing you probably won't see in another rental is a dancing pole (can spin or not spin) in the living room. Use at your own risk, and don't wear metal (jewelry or belt buckles, etc) on it, and have fun! Dance around the open living space listening to music on the bluetooth speaker.
