AUTHENTIQUE BATISSE CEVENOLE DU XVIII SIECLE EN BORDURE DE RIVIERE

18th century stone building with a view of the foothills of the Cévennes and the Chassezac river. Renovated in 2020, vaulted ceilings, vaulted cellar, floor tiles, large fireplace, natural pond. Garden, car park, playground, shaded terrace, pergolas, development of a cellar with table tennis table, another restored cellar with fridge and dining table, deckchair, barbecue, chairs and outdoor table, all private and fenced with secure gate. The natural basin has just been renovated, size 8.5 x 4.5 m and maximum gently sloping depth of 1.30 m. Arrivals are only on Saturdays from 3 p.m., departures only on Saturdays at 9 a.m. The cleaning will be done after the travelers will leave the property.

Wunderschönes Bauernhaus

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Bauernhaus, herrliche Umgebung und super Lage. Gleich mehrere Wanderwege starten direkt in Les Assions. Der Pool war auch super, vor allem für kleine Kinder. Philippe hat den Pool zwei mal die Woche gepflegt. Check-in leider sehr unflexibel, nur zwischen 16-18 Uhr, was dem Inserat nicht zu entnehmen war. Aber Philippe war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auch immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus hat zwar 4 Schlafzimmer, aber eines hat keine Fenster und ist eher eine Kammer. Für 6 Personen ist das Haus perfekt. Wünschenswert wären etwas mehr Lampen bzw. Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich und ein Fensterabzieher für das Bad, da die Dusche begehbar und offen ist und das Bad nach dem Duschen doch recht nass ist. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Great place to stay.

A fascinating historic building located in a tiny hamlet. Well equipped kitchen, with a lovely natural pool just big enough for a cooling dip about 1.25m at the deep end. We loved the view from the terrace. Supermarket and canoe hire are minutes away and the Chassezac Gorge is on the doorstep.
