After a stroll to Royan’s famous central market, prepare your meals in the fully renovated kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and tabletop refrigerator.
The sleeping area includes a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe.
You will also appreciate the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower equipped with a foldable seat, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
Street parking is available—easy and practical.
TERRACE – TERRACE FURNITURE – SHOPS AND BEACH NEARBY – STREET PARKING – PETS NOT ALLOWED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
