- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, combined oven/microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- WIFI, air conditioning.

## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the sweetness of the South during your stay. Ideally located at 5 min walking distance from the city centre, you will reach the Croisette, the beach and the Palais du Festival in 10 min and the Vieux-Cannes in 15 min. You will also be able to take advantage of all the local shops located around the flat. Finally, thanks to the nearby train station, you can easily explore the cities of the Côte d'Azur.
