(Formerly Caesar's Palace) The owners of the newly named Seanutt Beach House, have turned things up a notch. The is an incredible 5 bedroom 6 and a half bath home. This home features unobstructed gulf views you are sure to fall in love with. Featuring 2 master en-suites, with one bedroom being king size bed and the other being 2 queen size beds. 3 sitting areas, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and Smart TV. Enjoy breathtaking gulf views from the second or private third-floor balconies. The beach is just a walk, golf cart, or drive away! 7 Smart TVs have been added and connected to INTERNET, a computer workstation also has been added to the amenities. This house is conveniently located 1.9 miles east of the Big Store you are not far from getting anything you would need.----Small pets welcome with a fee and no smoking please!
Seanutt has several companion houses located nearby. Spoonbill, Imperial Palace, and Pete's Place would all be perfect to rent alongside Seanutt for a family reunion.

Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.
