Pelican's Perch is the dream come true for our extended family. Four of us own the property--three born on the island of Galveston, and one New Jersey-born lady who has spent most of her life in Texas. We have children and grandchildren and wanted a place where we could all gather and enjoy precious time together.
Why they chose this property
The simple beauty of the home, the smart use of space, and the fact that it was a four bedroom property were the selling points for us. Across the street from the home is a "buyout" lot--one that cannot be built upon. This open lot increases the feel of spaciousness as you relax on the deck. We hope you will agree that Pelican's Perch is your new home away from home. Come see turtles, blue crabs, pelicans, egrets, and more. Lose your stress as you reconnect with family.
