Pleasant apartment of 35 m² located on the ground floor, 500 m from the nautical base, the beach and the shopping center. With a terrace and a small garden facing south-west, the accommodation includes:

- Living room with TV, TV cabinet, sofa bed «rapido» in 140cm, table, chair

- Independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combined microwave, storage.

- Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds 90cm

- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140cm, access to terrace

- Bathroom with shower, towel dryer, sink 1 sink, storage, separate toilet.

- Terrace with outdoor furniture and electric barbecue

L'emplacement était bien, loin de la circulation, un petit lac à proximité pour balader le petit chien le matin et en journée. Les nombreuses promenades en sur les jetées et l'animation du centre ville, appréciable hors saison ou fin de saison."
